I’d take a kitchen outside in back. Bathrooms are high maintenance. They get smelly. Complicated with plumbing. Just get a portable potty, or a quick set up cabin.

Would be nice to include prices, and how much each can sleep, as they might be small, some can sleep 2-4 but think only the last camper said a number.

Please note that "rough terrain" often reaches the limit of a ball hitch. Bent frames are expensive while fully articulating hitch/couplers like a lock&roll are a good investment

I checked with Manufacturer and rhe price of the Backpacker 2XT is considerably more than $10M, it looks to to be a great product, but definitely not under $10M

Most of the mini campers doesn't come with a bathroom. It's a bummer we know. But, mini campers are mostly used by solo campers or couples. So, the included cassette toilets are enough for them.
