Hi Kari, I needed to go back and watch your part 1 Naughty video. There is family-owned funeral home that's been in business in my area for many years and attended school with this family's children. One of their son's told a friend and I during high school study hall that he would steal his father's keys to the basement morgue and have 'relations' with the female corpses and described in lurid detail what the experience was like. My friend and I just sat there with our eyes bugging out of our heads and when he turned back around, we hightailed it out of there and never told anyone, because they were big in town so figured no one would believe us. Hearing just how vile and morally corrupt monsters' people can be as you said when entrusted with someone so helpless and fragile, brings back the memory that has haunted me for over 45 years. There is nothing I can do when I'm in front of a mortician, but I know there are many more wonderful people in your profession than these ghouls.

I think many Mausoleums are future problems. Here on KZbin many UrbanEx vloggers have highlighted many broken down mausoleums. And you can't judge how it looks if you are buying one for a family or for yourself because you cannot tell how the roof and overall construction was done. It boils down to misstatement of endowment funds and how the mausoleums was built. Plus some people are just jerks. When a mausoleum over time gets less visited vandalism increases I'm sad to say.

Funeral directors that commit such acts should be charged and sentenced to the fullest extent of the law. They know the laws and what's expected of them. If they went into this industry they should understand the heavy burden on the families that have lost loved ones and they should never add to that burden. There is never a reasonable excuse or circumstance for disrespecting the dead.

Next time you do one of these stories, research Tate and Hardin in Toledo, Ohio. Back in the '80s or '90s, Tate had a funeral home on North Detroit Avenue in Toledo. Authorities found that he was disposing of bodies in the City of Toledo trash pick up. They closed the funeral home, and eventually the building was torn down. Tate then opened another funeral home on Lagrange Street in Toledo. Authorities found decomposing bodies stored in the garage that were supposedly buried. They closed the funeral home and cited him. But it gets better. Just last week, authorities found cremains from the Tate Funeral Home (Lagrange Street) in the basement of a church in Akron, Ohio. People thought he had returned their relatives' ashes to them, but it appears that the ashes they received were not the right ones. This involves Shwante Hardin who ran the funeral home. He was charged, but he recently died, so they have no way to confirm whose remains are really found in Akron. Talk about a story!

Property sold at tax sales in Arizona are rarely inspected prior to bidding. Most often properties are redeemed during the time period allowed. Investors use the throw it up on the wall and see what sticks method. I am wondering why the property that was purchased at a tax sale wasn’t just sold again at a tax sale. All they would have needed to do was not pay the taxes. They would have only lost their initial Investment. They are being greedy thinking they will prevail in the courts. I guess we will see. Personally I wouldn’t have wanted this problem or bad publicity.
