I have used prayer but before my faith was up to par I used some of these and recommend them. Praise Jesus Christ for the Blood of Jesus!!! And the holy spirit has pointed something out to me this morning. I indeed was healed of a toothache that was infected and another occasion chest congestion. Im almost 38 yrs old so these past few years my faith has grown because if someone told me about prayer I would have said your crazy! Because in 2014 I was homeless and the pastor I asked for help said excited like that they where gonna pray for me. My exact words where "whats Jesus gonna do drop an apartment out of the sky for me? So you can say at that point I was an unbeliever and if my life depended on prayer it would not have worked. But the pastors prayers worked ! I praise Jesus Christ because I've had 37 yrs of ups and downs and even though I have been double minded he is unwavering he is Honorable! In the Bible it says sitting in the midst of the doctors both hearing them and asking them questions. Luke chapter 2 verse 46 KJV.

Just what level of faith/gullibility would your god accept as being sufficient before he demeaned himself to answer your prayers ? 2 Chronicles 16:12 condemns Asa for consulting physicians with his health problem rather than seeking God’s help. As you can see, the Bible is unambiguous in its demand for prayer over medicine, yet common sense and observation tell us how deadly a combination of prayer and medical rejection can be. Jesus might have sat among doctors and listened to them, but when it came to healing people his solution was to perform an exorcism to cast out demons, or to smear spit and mud on their eyes to ‘cure’ blindness ! He knew nothing about the germ theory of disease, he knew nothing about mental sickness, he knew nothing about biology as well having stated that, ‘the mustard seed is the smallest seed in the world’. What kind of medical help could you expect to get from such an ignorant person? Better stick to what can be proven to work from 20th century medical practitioners, and don’t have anything to do with the mind forged manacles of faith.

Some of these I knew about but had forgotten. Some are new to me. I also like to combine tinctures of Cat's Claw (a rainforest herb), Nutribiotic (grapefruit bioflavonoids), and Kyolic Garlic, all of which really help me when I have problems with coughing and lung issues related to being allergic to everything. I always keep those three in the house. If I take them at the start of anything, the give my immune system enough of a boost that whatever it is stopped in its tracks. I had never-ending sinus infections for several years, including sinus surgery 3 times in 22 months. It was awful. It was allergies, but throat and lung issues were part of it, too. What a mess. Anyway, after finding a Chinese herbalist (trained in the U.S. and China) and going through several months of detox (drinking a combination of herbs that he prescribed and provided), and keeping those 3 herbs in the house to take for self-care (which fortunately I only have to worry about 2 or 3 times a year), I am able to stay in much better shape. I still have allergies, but your list will make a nice complement to my usual regimen. Thanks very much for this video! Sharing!

Oh, yes! Unfortunately some of us can't eat cheese in any form without having a great big mucus response the following day! I live in a prime cheese State--Wisconsin...and I LOVE cheese! But, without fail, I will vomit up half a bucket full of phlegm the following day after indulging in just several pieces of pizza. (Gross!) People I tell this to can't comprehend my predicament. But, it's as if my body can't break down the cheese I ingest. The combination of cheese and white flour (as in pizza) is the worst! I get a horribly blocked sinus and respiratory system from eating that. I honestly feel that if I were to eat pizza and/or something like cheese fondue for several days in a row, it would literally be the death of me!

If you don’t want to have thick phlegm, what you don’t do has more to help you than all of the above. Do NOT use dairy at all. Dairy is well-known to thicken phlegm. Even lifelong asthmatics who were on the pocket inhalers and a nebulizer every single evening, get completely over asthma when they substitute a plant-based milk for their dairy milk. So breathing is essential and in the long run, to switch is not hard, My husband got over lifelong asthma as well as myself going off of dairy 100% and this especially means cheese. If you are like my husbands was every year severe bronchitis or even pneumonia which means you end up in the hospital or on meds all winter long, there is no dairy more delicious than your life. If it is, consider it an addiction and ditch the dairy.

@@zippyustar6350 Did you quit cheese? I also quit all animal protein. I don’t do fish or poultry or seafood. I used to be a singer and we were taught by voice coaches no dairy, no cheese, yogurt, ice cream, cottage cheese for.at least a week before a performance and even then we were doing lemon water. My husband had prostate cancer so the best way not to have cancer return was to get rid of all animal protein. That there could be an underlying medical problem, for you. My husband and I both got rid of asthma altogether. Now he has allergies and I do too to pollen and we have to take allergy meds as we live in the middle of Callifornia’s farmland and there is pollen to beat the band, even so, neither of us are using our asthma pumps nor the nebulizers, but his asthma was more severe than mine. For bad congestion, I always use what was suggested by my late grandfather. Dice up a very very hot onion...let the juices drain and take 1-2 teaspoons of the juice couple times a day. The heat of the onion juice traveling down your esophagus penetrates the lungs and breaks up the congestion. You still have to cough it up, but atleast that's possible to do now. Works like a charm!! For a lot illnesses, natural remedies, made from the earth, are so much better than pharma medicine. I've heard recently, that for any illness you can think of, God made a natural cure for it. We just need to figure out to extract it. We don't need that synthetic crap pharma pushes down your throat. That's all a money scam anyway. They don't want to cure you cause if you're cured, you're no longer going to make them money. Hence the booster after booster after booster....they'll keep making their billions.

Anything but young living. Look on here for "why I quit young living" and it'll blow your mind. Edens Garden, plant therapy, and Doeterra all third party test their oils. Plant Therapy and Edens Garden are cheaper because they're not MLM. they also have a rewards program to work up to free stuff, saving even more. I do trust Doeterra though. I wouldn't use young living on my worst enemy but unfortunately one of my exes eats their oils in their coffee daily. 😪 for respiratory I like lemon eucalyptus, balm mint bush, laurel leaf, eucalyptus globulus, rosalina, cypress, fir (any), spruce. Lavender and frankincense serrata are good for both immune and cough

I have a condition which is a precursor to emphasima and if I use the suggestions in addition to medications it might just be possible to reverse some of the other damage that has occurred. I can't be specific. But to you, Thank you!

There are many great remedies. I like to make a tea from thyme, yarrow, mullein leaf and bloom, coltsfoot, linden, plantain and lungwort. Add a splash of dandelion syrup and you have a sweet hot lung tea that really cuts through congestion and cough….especially at night time when coughs are most annoying.

I myself have used horehound lozenges since I was a little girl. I am 70 now and my mom got them for me. I always seem to get sore throats and awful sinus but that helped me not miss school and never had my tonsils removed. Not sure if that was the reason but I lived in a time when everyone had their tonsils out at a young age. So I’m just saying. I also just subscribed to your channel. Keep up the good work.

I have long time sinus issues from my industry. Any pharmacy I believe has Neti rinse - it’s a sinus bottle with individual packets of saline solution. NEVER use tap water for mix it’ll damage your sinuses. Distilled water. Not a cure. Use as needed. It’s such relief to breathe normally after the procedure . I do it in bathroom sink then keep hawking out the gross thick phlegm into the toilet. Sometimes doing this a couple or three times through my nostrils lasts 2-3 days which includes way better sleeps.
