I wonder what is the time difference between quick move ins and the floor move plans available. How long to wait till the available floor plan will be build?

Right now they have several things on inventory that would close and be ready for move in before the end of the year. If you wanted to builld they are quoting about 6-8 months in this neighborhood

They are different. Elevon Is going to be massive, almost 4000 homes i believe. The reserve is not going to be that. I think both will do well. But with this being in the little elm area I think I might have to give this a slight edge.
