We need to perform all drills mentioned in the above video for improving stride
@Sohel----15 күн бұрын
Hello coach , I struggle a lot to keep my speed after 50m ...my 40-50m pb is 1.02sec and I mostly run it in 1.04-1.05sec but my 50-60 time increases to 1.18-1.2sec , I found out its largely because of my stride frequency and stride patterns , ...what to do to correct it ...please help

how elite sprinters deal with shin pain? btw excellent video
@lyfestyleathletics Жыл бұрын
Most elite sprinters don’t get shin splint because they have lots of shoes plus they practice good running mechanics
@manish3297 Жыл бұрын
@@lyfestyleathletics so the intensity and heavy training does not matter in shin splints if you have many good shoes and good form
@justsomenapalm5067 Жыл бұрын
@@manish3297yes. Shin splits typically occur due to slow, incorrect foot strikes.

@@manish3297 I'm nowhere near elite but once I had a proper rotation of shoes (three pairs), and I did strength training, my shin splints went away.
