Hello Can you please help me I just bought one the new 4k firestick max 2nd gen and I have a 4k but it’s only giving me 1080p and when I change the resolution it goes to 4k but the color goes bright and then goes back light often

I have 3 firesticks that are synced with an amazon recast. One of the firesticks stopped showing the guide and does tune to any over the air stations. The other 2 work fine.
