Though Americans seem to have woken up and are more than willing to make a change. Traveled a lot in my life, from my experience - in most of the places I visited people were lovely and able to accept and acknowledge the mistakes of their government. At the end of the day patriotism is not an ability to love your country even if it's a blowing shithole, it's about you wanting to make your country better. Jacob Twinn so it’s a two in one. There’s an on going joke in top gear of Princess Anne owning a reliant scimitar. So whenever they see one they say “Princess Anne had one of these”. Now Princess Diana did lots of charity work and campaigning against the use of mines. So as it’s a mine clearance weapon you can see where the joke is going.... 🤣

This is what I feel BBC execs didn't understand about Top Gear. This is the stuff that makes people love the show, and most of it had little, if anything, to do with cars. Also, that warning about not trying what they were doing at home - I think that doesn't need to be said, what was shown should be enough to show that it wasn't a good idea. That warning is needed when the people doing the stunt are trained professionals who know how to do it safely. These three are, well, not that. Which is why we love them.
