I’m only 10 minutes in and already I feel I was meant to see this video. I was diagnosed 3 years ago with degenerative disk and have since lived in pain, significant weight gain… I quit working out after I had a panic attack during a group workout class because I was so scared of getting spasms again after I had just been through the first and worst back attack for lack of better words to call it. I’m not even 40… I refuse to continue to live like this!

I suffered from anxiety/panic attacks for 25 years. I stopped eating sugar, turned to free range protein and dairy and eat organic vegetables. I do eat some quinoa and grains and always a good fat like olive, coconut and avocado oil. I am 60, no meds, my blood tests were perfect. I have to say, we are what we eat. Feel like crap, then we gotta look at the chemicals called fast food/processed we are ingesting. I feel for you, at 40, you could be feeling your best. I hope you get on track, especially so you can get back to exercise. I know I am one of the "normals" and hope that my talking about it helps others! I am now a certified nutrition coach and hope to help those like myself who struggled with inflammation and excess weight. I am 10 years post meno this January. If I knew at your age what I know now! Let me know if you want some pointers to get you going. I am not selling anything, just wanting to be an advocate for all women in peri and meno! Thank you Cynthia, your giggle cracks me up, your guest is super passionate and that is what we need in this space!!! I so relate! ❤

Great discussion! You both should be co-directors of health and nutrition for our nation. As a country we are in such a serious health crisis due to improper diet and sedentary lifestyle. I have been an advanced practice nurse for 22 years. I’m shocked every day with what I see in the hospital. Morbid obesity related illness is rampant and getting worse every day. I see children (as young as 5 years) with HTN and OSA. It’s terribly sad. When I discuss a proper diet as essential to health it almost always falls on deaf ears. What else can I do to make people care about and take responsibility for their own health? I’m thinking I will direct them to this video. Thank you for your good work!

OMG😢😢😢. I have verry 100% similar story about my spinal surgery, and the dr.use exactly same words😢😢😢. Wholy crap😢😢😢... they pushing toxic meds, and surgeries like crazy. I almost died in 2022 becouse if toxic meds.😢😢😢 thanks ti dr. Ken Berry, he saved my life with PHD, and now i take no more toxic meds, but my spinal surgery hurts the hell out of me.

Drinking water: Sip it. Don't gulp it. Add a quarter tsp of electrolytes or Himalayan salt or Celtic salt to it in the morning. Don't gulp.
