Front wheel slipped because they dicided to put a slippery layer of paint on the corners to make it look nice

@@m2ht309 no lol, that's the kind of paint they use on tennis courts. Its really grippy

This happens sometimes, riders ride on the edge of their grip for maximum speed in turns, kind of like what F1 racers would call riding 'on the limit'. And when they try and make a move in the turn they sometimes misjudge their limit and slide out like that.
