What about Peters lake park?

It’s s a nice township! The school tax rate has been increasing the past two years (including 2023). Wonder how high it will go (the past two years were simply because of the new high school). Great school district though! Outside of school taxes, the other taxes are very similar to other suburbs. Has little over 4,000 people in the township so I don’t know how long they will be able to keep up with inflation if they keep getting more people into the area. It is amazing how they can maintain a 80 million dollar school budget for roughly 3.900 kids. Of course I always tell people that “high ranking school district” is really based just on scores, graduation rate, and some other little data points. Does not tell you what they have to offer compared to other school districts. Other school districts offer more studies, and extra curricula that Peters does not have. This area just has your typical big box stores, and other chain stores that you can find anywhere. If you want something different and more affluent, then you will be looking at suburbs closer to the city.
