Thanks for the video! But I wondering why there is no Flowlu in your top :) For me it's the best PM pick of 2022. Has lots of tools for task and project management and also CRM and accounting modules. Helps a lot if you tired of switching between apps to manage everything. And automations are powerful too!

Great quick summary. Thank you Scott. Many of my clients would be too daunted by tools like Smartsheet, Asana and ClickUp, and even find the 'back' of cards on tools like Trello (which I have used for many years) and Hive too visually overwhelming. Most of them seem to quickly and easily take to the simplicity and graphical nature of Milanote for collaborative projects and planning.

I agree and furthermore - No tool fits them all. We use Milanote for ideas and overview, Asana for more detailed planning and Taskade for quick notes around tasks outside the bigger projects themselves. Earlier we used Trello and Airtable.

It would offer a template option(s) with automated sequential sub tasks to “X” number of days/hours before and/or after. A task example “Post Agenda” 3 days before meeting. @@DanielNeubauer Not even close...That price point is absolutely insane and the free plan has very little space and low amount of projects.

@@StrategyInformer-sjgold If you purely go of price yes - but for me time is more important than money and i have tested a lot of the tools that are mentioned here and none came close to NiftyPM. Sure it is not perfect and I wish it had some of the features that others have - but not a single one of these tools is perfect - unfortunately. In the end it is a decision that each and every one of us has to make for ourself. Some like Asana, some like Monday, some like ClickUp and some like NiftyPM.
