Hi coach, do you have a recommendation for resistance band foot base? I know you like the clench one, but it is a bit expensive for me. Do you know of any other one?

I use mechanic gloves from home depot and i use WOD KX10 band handles set.

I have the TB12 ultra door anchor which usually on stocks. Go check it ou. I also got grips for my loop bands and protective sleeves for outdoor workouts

@@DisciplineDave yes I use that one at my girlfriend 's... it's more for loop bands than tube style. Also that other one you recommend from Amazon is terrible. I had two of them and each time the loop snapped within two uses.

I had ordered the gloves and door anchor, but I didn't like the gloves and returned them! However, I did keep the door anchor! I have a pair of gloves that I'd ordered years ago from Amazon. The back of the hand is open, and it only covers the fingers half way, but I prefer them over the Undersun gloves! It also has a great wrist strap!

Hey Dave. I bought Torrobands and i must be using them wrong bc they are light as hell. I used the 60 and I had to be 10' from the door for good resistance. What am i doing wrong?

The UnderSun anchor is great. I wouldn’t tie the bands to the metal clips. Aren’t those just for the outside stamp to loop through?? Besides, that plastic piece makes for a safer transfer between uses.

I use a climbing carabineer so I don't have to tie bands and makes stacking them easier.
