I use my Ultra Anchor when working out at home, when I go to the gym @ my workplace I use my anywhere anchor. Probably $100 000 in high end gear there, I only use the elliptical and treadmill. Lol gotta love the Bands!!!

I just recieved 2 workout charts I purchased for $8+ tax from Amazon. One is for Resistance bands and the second for Loop bands. They're excellent and have significantly enhanced my workout. In October I also purchased your Bodylastic Heavy Duty Restance Band Ultra Attachment WITHOUT any workout instructions. I then searched KZbin for videos on workouts for your ultra attachment, all to no avail except for a very FEW indiviual body parts suggestions. In addition I searched Amazon for a Bodylastic Heavy Duty...chart but found "zilch". You might want to consider putting one together in order to make this wonderful product even more so. I really hate paying $80 and not being able to use it to it to it's full potential...food for thought!

I see that it's set up on the sid eof the door that opens out. But my room it would make sense to throw it on the other side of the door, will that be a problem?

@KraftundAusdauer if you hook the elastics to themselves (when attached to the anchor) and put your body inside the elastics you can actually use it as resistance for your core during lifts or close to your feet as a makeshift abbductor band.. it's worked wonders for me

It will save you time and speed your workout up so you don't have to keep changing the door anchor's position.

Maybe - I don't have a BBJ Tower 200 - I use Bodylastics. But I still wouldn't hang the UltraAnchor on my door. I prefer the regular Bodylastics anchors.

I LOVE Bodylastics, and the Ultra Anchor Door is an interesting concept. But one of the main attractions of Bodylastics is that my home doesn't look like I "live in a gym." I put the bands away after I exercise with them. If I wanted to keep a monstrous-looking contraption on my door I'd have purchased a Body-by-Jake Tower 200 a long time ago. Nice try, though.

How does this not put excess strain on the door knob, bolt, and strike??? The clips might be rated for hundreds of pounds, but a door itself is pretty easy to kick it (assuming it's not dead-bolted).

The best way is to put the user side opposite the opening side so that the door frame & not the latch takes the strain.
