You could've just gone for MHD or BM3, get a few gallon of E85 in there and flash stage 2+ E30 map. Will be much simpler and faster than your current tune, plus you can switch maps back and forth using your phone without having to go to a shop. My M240i MHD stage 1 E30 completely stock hardware does 60-130mph in 9.9, 1/4 mile in 11.3 sec.

You can remove the 160mph limit on the digital speedo with BimmerCode, by default it will not read higher than the analogue display. In BimmerCode go to Instrument Cluster -> Expert Mode -> 3000 Anzeige_Konfiguration -> BC_V_KORREKTUR -> set "nicht_aktiv". Go back and click "Code" to apply the change. The digital speedo will now read above 160mph and will be more accurate in general (test it against your GPS). Also, unless you've had the second speed limit coded out in your tune you will be limited to 175mph. There is a first limit at 155mph which most tunes remove but a second one at 175mph that you need to get coded out in a custom tune. Hope that helps 👍

With that tune seriously should be hitting 178 to 180mph topping out only problem is distance. Just goes to show when it comes to true high speeds 150 upwards without specific aerodynamics alot of cars will struggle to maintain such motion and will have to adopt more power just to balance everything out anyway that is a really good run from a quality machine welldone

60mph to 130mph is much wider than 100kph to 200kph. 62.137 to 124.274. So it’s basically 7.863mph more then covering 100-200....... which makes a big difference. If your doing 10.2 for 60-130 expect approximately 8.5secs for 100-200 👍🏻

I'm glad you didn't go into details about the issues on the day and focussed on why you was there. could have been easy clicks/views if you did. I'm wondering why you didn't bother launching the car hard on the day to set some 0-60s, 1/4s and then other numbers. I'm also interested in your 100-200 time rather than the 60-130 time. Just swap units in dragy and it'll be there. Unless there was a massive headwind it seems like your map might need tweaking as a lightweight M140 on Stage2+ should be a bit quicker than your 60-130s.

Speedos are never accurate, they have a percentage increase built in so it avoids you getting a ticket for speeding. The draggy will be more accurate.

The Speedo shows ca 3% higher value than actual GPS which is pretty accurate compared to VW or Audi that tend to show a lot more than they actually do acc GPS. However if you remove the 160kmh digital speedometer limit, the speedometer will work correct and show 100% the same value as GPS
