Thanks for this Eddie! Just came across a deal for my first bike, I can set on it fine, had a buddy with experience drive it home for me. When I tried to practice in the yard, I realized how bad of shape my semi crippled legs have gotten. I can't get my right leg to cooperate and get it on the peg so I can do my low speed exercises. Feels like my hip and ligaments are being torn. I'm sure this will help loosen me up soon so I can enjoy myself. For now the bike is just fun to look at until I'm able limber up again and focus on the bike. Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge with new riders and experienced riders alike. Your stuff is gold for natural loners like myself.

Did something happen to one of the other exercise videos? plank, 4 counts, lunge, lift, squat, toe touchers... was on my saved video list and now it is gone.

Please remove ‘beginner’ from the thumbnail. Its a must for all riders.. and for the first time saw this advice for bike riders which again proves that you are an incredible teacher. . You are the best ❤️❤️😘

This changed my motorcycle riding! I have been doing yoga for a while but I haven't been good about keeping a schedule. Yoga allows me to turn better and to be able to carve into turns at speed with ease. Thanks!

Thanks for this, man! Was in a car accident a couple years back and now my body limits my riding time. Stretching helps, but specific stretches for riding?... brilliant!

I've watched plenty of your videos and this one was a surprise. It amazes me how you approach riding as a whole, covering all different aspects. Btw, Christine seems a really good instructor and you my friend need to practice those streches more 😉 Great video, as always!!!

A good stretching before going out on a bike ride makes the ride so much more enjoyable, I also do a stretching session every morning before I start my day, the day feels so much better... Before a bike ride stretching really helps me get into "the zone" and I feel my concentration and the whole experience of the ride feels so much better when I start with a stretching session before getting on the bike... Try it and I think you will notice a difference for the better...

Thanks for this Eddie. It is just what I need to help me get on my new adventure bike. I'm fine once I am seated - it's getting my leg over the seat that I struggle with so hip stretches it is!!!!

Thanks so much for this. I did pilates for a few months after injuring my back and these sort of stretches and the relaxing really helped. I'm going to do these for a good while

I am sore after my first 'official' motojitsu day and needed to relax a little bit, was nice following along (and pausing once in a while to do both sides)! Going to try to add these stretches in to my daily routine to loosen up! Thanks as always man for the video!

My muscles/tendons hurt just by looking at this video. And the look on Fast Eddie/Greg's face while the instructor was doing some of those impossible ass moves😂 Thanks for this video man, very useful! I should go out and practice cause I'm pretty sure I won't even be successful in the white belt positions. Keep up the great content, you're making me a way better rider!

Eddie, thanks for this link, it ended up as lactic acid in my legs, doing this stretches and lots of massaging the lactic acid out of my muscles have helped a lot... just very worried because of the pain.... thanks again..

Great video, thanks for sharing! YOGA is an excellent way to stretch and get and keep flexible. It just has to help you when you ride! I've started to get back into Yoga this week and even after a few days I can feel the health benefits. Stretching is one of the very best forms of exercise. The key is to do it consistently and make it a life style change and habit. Also thanks for sharing the breathing exercise, It makes a difference in releasing stress and keeping calm. I will definitely save this video and play back and do this work out today and repeat and add to my yoga workouts. BTW, Your channel is fabulous, just had to subscribe! Look forward to seeing more of your awesome videos! Keep up the great work! Also great setting on the beach!!

Nice spot. Stretching is good stuff. Careful with Stretch lying on back, with legs over head (not for everyone) hyper flexion of neck/thoracic spine can cause some people to pop a rib head-very painful.

Good stuff Eddie, great for any motorcyclist or cyclist, I do yoga 3/4 x a wk. & it helps so much with everything in life especially riding, I highly recommend it to anyone who rides. Dude, I thought you were gonna split that bathing suit!

No...learn to ride a taller bike, I have 2 videos about tips for short riders...but lowering it jacks so many things up, it's not worth it. Keep in mind, you don't have to put both feet on the ground....I almost never put my right foot down, I keep it on the peg and rear brake; I just slide off the seat to the left and put my left foot flat on the ground.

Hey Marine how yu doin man. I saw your note about the pod cast channel,,,, Don't know man,it would be hard for me to do an interview, reasons, Dude! a lot of du du comes out of my mouth,really man. The friends that I hang around with are all fools,foooools i said, its very difficult to hold a sensible conversation without someone turning it into an impromptu comedy session. We are a Baja racing team( VW class5/1600),we are retired Air Force,Retired Army, and a Navy vet.. We are not bad ass racers because soo much crap is spoken. Don't know man, maybe Ill see you out there, I do have a nephew who getting stationed in San Diego in January coming from Spain (he is Navy). Ahrite Marine, stay save man, PEACE.

I'd rather have a drill-sergeant than a yoga instructor. At least all the shouting and cursing makes me feel like I'm achieving something. Her calm, peaceful tone as she tortures you gives me the creeps. Imma try this when I feel more suicidal. Thanks for sharing man!
