U4T sounds so good. Really considering between this and the Mode65, would save some $ if I pick this tho

Well the thing only thing the mode65 has over this is the weight and metalw which I really need so really that depends on you. U4t on thr mode65 sound really sharp because top mount it's sound good to me but some people don't like it.

Where would you recommend I shop for cheap keyboard cables? I really like your white one with the fun connector in the middle.

I'd suggest looking locally to see if there are any cablemakers in your area first - they won't likely be super cheap though. I bought mine off of westm.ca - westm.ca/collections/cables unfortunately they're all sold out at the moment.
