A bit late with an answer, but I would say partzilla is a nice place to get oem parts. I got a couple of plastic parts for my Kodiak 700 and they shipped them to me in Canada too.

I know its old post but if you listen, its the hand guards he put on with the N2D snorkel that cuased the issue. He says Travis should design a hand guard that will still allow full rotation and it will be a good market.

Grizzy and Kodiak over heat and know for sure because I have a temperature gauge and the only way to make it run at 185 f degrees is to put in a BIGGER RADIATOR and it's a secret that nobody knows and you can see it on my channel and the wet clutch slug kit and Hunterworks modified sheave and 3 mm of shim makes so much lower gearing is Insane. And EHR tuner .

Drove a big bear for way to many kilometers. You would not believe me even if it was told to you. Had a 225 trike before that and a 2009 grizzly 700 until this day. BIG BEARS DID NOT HAVE A BELT.... just sayin. Love the Yamahas. I have towed so many polarises home it is unbelievable.

I've heard that its the fuel regulator...if the gas fill is between your legs on that model it would be located under the cover
