@joshuasanimationsyou’re correct. Lyles did run several 100m races is Bermuda, Florida and at Prefontaine and his SB before the 2022 Worlds was only 10.04s. He did finish the season at 9.95s after running that in Berlin towards the end of that season. The main thing for Lyles improvement was his start, drive phase and acceleration. When that all improved he wasn’t getting smoked like he did in the 2021 season.
