AEW doesn't feature real tag teams matches with real tag team only bunch of random 6 man tag. Outside of Old Bucks, BBC, FTR and technically Sting. The tag team have been stale. One thing AEW was actually good or had upper hand than other promotion was tag team division, now even this is super stale.

What blows my mind is, TK has 5 hours of cable TV every week. A weekly ROH TV show that streams online and ranges from somewhere between 90 minutes to 2 hours and 15 minutes, depending on the episode. That's somewhere in the neighborhood of 7 hours a week of TV time! A week! And TK STILL can't consistently push or feature his massive roster! Sometimes you see people, sometimes you don't.

I honestly don't think that's why he signs them. WWE isn't going after a guy like Stu Grayson, and there are a lot of talents like Grayson on the AEW roster that I believe Tony signed just because he liked what they did on the indies. When it comes to guys like Okada, White, and Ospreay? TK was going to go after them regardless to WWE's interest in them. When it came to Ogogo and VanZant I think those were more Cody projects just like Shawn Spears, Fuego Del Sol, Red Velvet, QT Marshall and The Factory. Tony will let them go as their contracts run out, but unless they do something heinous, it's going to be awhile before Nightmare Factory and that ilk disappear from the AEW payroll even if they aren't appearing on TV.

Well, he also doesn’t allow Athena to appear on official AEW tv. She can only be on ROH but everyone else who is in ROH can show up on AEW whenever they want. Oh and the person running AEW also refused to allow Thunder Rosa to vacate her title in the ring and gave her less than five minutes to do it. Yeah nice guy. He said oh she’s not a draw and didn’t deserve to be vacating her title in front of the fans but he gave Punk enough time to vacate and say goodbye properly.

There are many AEW wrestlers that are missing,such as Penelope Ford,her husband(whose name currently eludes me),Dani Jordan,Peter Avalon,Anna Jay,a handful of the Japanese female wrestlers,Teal Piper(who only appeared once on Tony Khan's EOH),Athena,The Butcher And The Blade(now that Allie The Bunny is gone[and released]),any many others. And yes,Matt Hardy is planning on self-deleting himself out of AEW(as is Sting[after his "retirement" match]).

Kip Sabian still pops up when the Butcher and Blade do and usually Ford's alongside him, but they rarely do anything of note. Funny how the most noteworthy thing he's done is sit in a crowd with a bag on his head for a year. Butcher and Blade's momentum was hindered early on when Butcher prioritized touring with his band over wrestling in AEW regularly. I think his band split last year, so I have no clue what's up with them now. Dani Jordyn was just an indie Dark regular, Avalon was offered a pay per appearance deal when his AEW contract was up and mostly wrestles in David Marquez's UWN last I heard, and everyone Anna Jay ties herself to either gets pregnant or suspended. Most of the TJPW talents were never AEW signed, although Yuka Sakazaki's supposed to be and hasn't showed up on the show since leaving TJPW. Outside of that, Hikaru Shida's in and out do to basically wrestling everywhere in Japan and Riho just started showing up on AEW TV again recently. I don't think Teal ever signed anything? could be wrong. Athena's making ROH watchable last I heard

Tony khan really dropped the ball with the dark order. Their skits on BTE along with Brodie’s death made them get a lot of fan support. The pops they were getting were actually pretty good in 2021. But they would always lose important matches, they couldn’t win any titles, they basically lost every match to the elite especially the finals to crown the first trios champions. And to make matters worse every member that left to join a different group has done absolutely nothing. Stu, Preston and Anna have done nothing since leaving so why remove them from the group in the first place? Also that storyline with hangman did not help them out at all. It always felt like the dark order was that ugly girl that you would have to take to prom because your original choice said no to you and you didn’t want to go alone.

Definitely a problem with AEW, but it also a problem for WWE and has been for decades who has more programming and more wrestlers. AEW has two brands, WWE had 3 brands. The problem is that both struggle with the scale of their rosters vs the scale of their creative and tv. Both have super talented huge rosters and not enough attention to go around for everyone that deserves it. If TNA and MLW can step up financially and offer a competitive contract beyond a year at a time, it will open up opportunities for the wealth to be proportioned better.

I feel like AEW needs to have separate rosters like how the WWE does with Raw, Smackdown, and NXT so that that each wrestler can have enough screen time instead of just having them all on one show like they literally have Dynamite, Rampage, and Collision but they all have the same people on all 3 shows roster which is so weird and makes no sense, it’d be better to just divide all 3 shows as their own brands like I said with Raw, Smackdown, and NXT all 3 shows have their own roster with their own storylines and gives screen time to everyone, but AEW has over 100 people crammed into all 3 shows which just makes it messy and most people get no screen time which probably just leads to them leaving the company if they’re just gonna be sitting around getting no screen time and work done, I honestly think it’d help AEW if they did make Dynamite, Rampage, and Collision their own brands with all 3 shows getting their own roster

One thing I have noticed about AEW the better shape you are in the less likely you are to get pushed or win anything. Unless you have the dad bod, or look like an under developed teenager you won't see much success in AEW of course there are a few expectations like MJF and Kenny omega. But other guys like Rush, Stu Grayson, Wardlow (who was just buried), Power House Hobbs, have all been given the short end of the stick.

I don't think it's punishment. Firing them and depriving them of a paycheck would be punishment. I just don't think Tony Khan has any plans for them. Most of the Nightmare Factory fell to the wayside after Cody's departure, and weren't all that heavily featured when he was there. When they were, it was someone like QT Marshall or Red Velvet, both of which I can do without being on my TV screen.
