For cars, despite looking cool, Turf is definitely not the material. Concrete maybe, but you wouldn't get the same slides and turns. Dirt is probably the best option because it doesn't get torn up like Turf does, but it allows the same twists, turns and slides that Turf does and Concrete doesn't.
