Ms Confidence and her Eden Oasis produce the best video coverage of luxury real estate mansions in Nigeria. That lady is dope, can sell any posh residential building to the most difficult prospective client. I wonder if there is a hard sell in her vocabulary.

One more thing to add: the houses are not built with wood. It’s a mixture of cement, rocks (stones), rod, and sand. They don’t build houses with wood in Nigeria and Africa in general. It’s pure concrete and are durable. And once you have your house, it’s yours forever. And this one is even considered as not too big. Go to Abuja and see heaven!

I’d prefer the Lekki house since Nigeria does not have property taxes so it’s a good price for a water front neighborhood. The Lekki house has a total lot size of 7534.737 sqft while the DC property has 4,722 sqft lot size.
@Gold-lv5ih3 ай бұрын
There are property taxes in Nigeria. These taxes are paid to the State Governments. The house in this video is in Lekki which is a suburb in Lagos State. Property tax in Lagos State is called Land Use Charge. Even worse, there is also a tenement rate for properties that is paid to the Local Governments.
