I Remember When this came out in 1977, and i was 16 years old and had just gotten my drivers license. That was a very special time in my life. And Watching The 1st. season of Three's Company. Still to this day my favorite 1970s and 1980s sitcom.

I was so so lucky to experience the disco music of the 70s i had my own mobile dj business so i got to play all the disco hits watching all the people on the dance floor enjoying themself it gave me such a exhilarating high it took me a long time to come down to normal they were the best times of my life if i was not working i was going to the discos in the city i really miss the excitement people went to discos to have a good time dancing not to fight or cause trouble

Disco was fun music to listen and dance to. The late '70s and early '80s were great times for dancing! The music was uplifting and it made everyone feel good. KC and the Sunshine Band had lots of great music ("Get Down Tonight," "I'm Your Boogie Man" from 1977, LOVED that song, and their love ballad "Please Don't Go" late 1979-early 1980). And their interracial lineup was AWESOME. KC was a genius in more ways than one!

I saw this band in concert years after their prime in the year 2000 and they still put on a very good show. I miss music like this and fun concerts like this. It was such simpler times back then, no selfies, no cell phones, just more carefree and fun.

Michael Wright To me it seems life was a lot easier and more prone to happiness BEFORE the internet and social media were invented. If you wanted to meet people you had to leave your home to do so. The amount of friends one has today seems to be based on how many likes and subscribers you have. No matter where you go people are on their phones. I don’t believe this is a healthy way of socializing. Even the music is alienating.

Also how back then after school and on weekends us kids were 'forced' to get to know each other and go out and play because that's all we could do..socialized. skelzie, kick the can, stickball etc. No social media and it was great! KC & his band gave us some good, fun music --We took the kids, 14, 14, 16 to his concert in Houston Texas. I should say my 14-year-old son turned us on to KC. We all enjoyed his concert it very much.
