If you don’t know what those ribbons mean on Officer Mayo’s uniform means then let me tell you he is a hero. He has saved lives and put himself in danger on the front lines. I don’t know him anymore than anyone else watching this video but I know what those ribbons mean. My hat if off to him and he has a great voice on top of all that.
