TOPWATER SESSION | Australian Bass.

Sometimes size doesn't matter, this is one of those sessions where we caught a stack of bass on topwater and it didn't matter if every fish we came across was a dink. Fishing with my good mate Mitchell Annis-Brown it's one of those days full of laughs and a stack eye popping action. The size of bass we are catching are indicative of the hard work done by the local stocking group that recently spread bass fingerlings across the catchment. All in all the eats are amazing, the scenery is spectacular and the company is average, na jokes. Hope you like this one and cheers for watching.

Liam, I have subscribed to your channel for some time now and nothing impresses me more than your passion for fishing. The travels you have taken us on, the unique and massive fish you have targeted and taken, then now….walking the skinny water with a spin stick and some lures chasing the iconic bass. That lure looks like a tiny model aeroplane 😂 Man I’ve mucked around with a lot of modern topwater lures but I end up tying on a jitterbug every time, they’re super fun and they just work.

Hey Liam, with the gopro overheating issues, if you get a powerbank that has high enough output say 6a you can run the gopro without the battery in it and I find it runs cooler.

Yeah problem is I fish in the rain and often fall in pretty often so I’d prefer to keep ‘em sealed you know.
