Plagued by technical errors, but Tori did an amazing job, an there are some very special glimpses into her working notebooks, and Tash moderates a teeny bit

I honestly think Tori doesn't even need an interviewer. She should just do these weekly casts of her having a chat and answering some questions people have sent in. I would watch for hours.

Totally agree. And have Tash moderating would be cool.

Tori will forever remain as cute as ever. The technical difficulties here were handled with such admirable professionalism, whilst still holding ones interest. Well done, Guys. Can't wait for the new album, and i'm really looking forward to seeing how Tori will lyrically incorporate the whole pandemic/lockdown scenario (subliminally, or otherwise) as the writing of the album is clearly commencing right in the middle of the situation. Please remain safe and well, everybody. I enjoyed this immensely... \m/ (:o)

As a fan it kind of goes without saying that I enjoy all of her work but Boys For Pele is still one of my all time favorites. It is the album I would have stranded on a desert island, etc. It is also one of the few albums that I have bought multiple times because the cassette tape broke, the CD was scratched, or misplaced during a move. When that album came out I remember casual fans of Little Earthquakes Tori - they just did not "get it." I think some of those fans were even a little iffy when Under the Pink came out but Pele, they didn't know how to deal with it or process it. They heard a harpsichord and ran. To me that album was/is raw and pure and f-love-you-but-f***-you too with cherries on top. So yeah, thank you Tori and everyone involved for sticking to your guns (piano keys) and making that masterpiece possible.

Yes My high Priestess, Lourdes Amos, Tori has been a well of sonic healing for me for last 30 years She is A Healer … the way You can plunge into her emotional abyss some deep diving or soar clear to The Orion and know without doubt I Am safe in her world … to go all the way in, feeling everything with & through her lyrical passions the whole time singing at top of my lungs in my soundproof booth vehicle -“I am clean again” 🌀

Regardless tech glitches, this was a in depth look into processes, thoughts. Additionally as the interview goes on and the issue of Chick-fil-A shunning the gay community and then in turn the gay community is then shunning them for their beliefs. They are the same thing! so if you feel Chick-fil-A is wrong in their beliefs, to me the big thing to do would be to be the bigger person and not put any energy towards that situation. To each their own!
@ANGIEAURAND4 жыл бұрын
I dont put any energy towards chick-fi-a but i also dont give them ,my money either.

Yeah . . . CFA supporting conversion therapy and paying to help pass anti-gay legislation is not the same as a marginalized group speaking out and protesting.

thekey1313 i see. Sorry i was unaware of that info.
@shiningdawn85784 жыл бұрын
@@thekey1313 Protesting "feeds the beast", to speak. CFA gets attention, regardless. Don't support it. And, when asked, explain why. Dedicating any more energy than that is to fall into the trap of giving attention to the very thing we don't want to see.
