This is one of the older F&F songs, that I never paid attention to, but now that I finally listened to it, it really shows how strong Sammie's voice is. For some singers, as they go up in pitch, and volume, the quality of their voice reduces, but this is not the case with Sammie, as she goes up in pitch and volume, she has no variations in tone quality, and it is superbly controlled...and with ease, too! Wow I wish I could sing that well...what a gift she has! Visually I enjoyed Sammie singing and grooving to the music, too...she looked very cool singing that song. What a talent she is! Bravo Sammie, bravo...well done!

@@jimbahneman6553 Love the Sammie Signature hip slap. And totally agree. This is my favorite as well. I wish she would break out and do some on her own or maybe w/ Chase. She's a super star in the making and it seems that her voice is crowed out with the other girl (name escapes me). Not Chase. Sammie & Chase nicely complement each other. You can tell Chase is loving it when Sammie is hitting those high notes.

I will get through this and on my bucket list, is to see Fossils and Foxes. What a superb group. I'm so great full that my good friend Jack, introduced me to these treasures. Since my original F&F "fix" about a year ago - I do not think a day goes by that I do not watch this one at least once. This young lady consistently inspires me. I hope for the day when I get a chance to see them perform live. At 63 - the clock is ticking. For now - I will enjoy these angels from heaven in a daily dose as we get through this pandemic.

Came to this video from it being mentioned in the Q&A video and how apprehensive Tim was about the choice. I wouldn't know Tori Kelly if she walked by me, nor her music, but I loved this cover. I have watched probably 30-40 of your videos and this is one of Sammie's best vocals. Great energy and she really got to show off the range that some of the other leads she has doesn't allow. I have to say as an old fart, that I usually gravitate to all the Fossil videos, but your band has really opened me up to a lot of newer music as I am really enjoying the Foxes stuff as well. Thank you for what you do...I share as much as I can on Facebook and have told numerous friends and family members about all of you.

I mostly just jump into the comments on these videos to encourage others to listen to F&F and tell their friends, but . . . As with most of these recordings, I've listened to this more times than I can count. I'm old and fossilized and the tune is not one that especially resonates with me when I hear it on the radio, or wherever. However, when I listen to Sammie just killing it, with the polished and skillful support of Chase and the Fossils, *I am simply blown away.* Again and again. This is a stunning vocal performance and it needs about ten times as many views, right now! So, please pass it on, folks. Your friends will thank you.
