Akademiks has made it very clear that he doesn’t want to spread misinformation and anytime they try to make that claim, he was right that he WASN’T. If you actually watch Akademiks streams he is pretty level headed unless he is off the henny. If you looked at all the info from the trial, the defense looked sharp while there was a lot of reasonable doubt on the prosecutions side. I guarantee you that the prosecution was shocked that they won the case. I’m not saying Tory was innocent but the prosecution didn’t prove that he was guilty.

I think Megan's team said she was suing those people for spreading false info. That’s when Mgdesyan asked Kelly, “Sir, did you see the shorter guy with a gun in his hand?” and Kelly answered, “Yes.” Kelly said everyone started beating one girl, and “to me, it appeared that they were going to throw her in the river.” “It appeared to me when I was on the phone that they were trying to kill her,” Kelly said. He expanded in cross-examination, saying he saw the woman on the ground “kicking all the time” after the shorter man “was, like I said, shooting.” “She was crawling and stumbling across the road,” Kelly said. The short man was yelling “just a torrent of abuse,” though he also said he didn’t hear Lanez say, “Dance, b****,” like Megan said he did. Bott asked Kelly what the short guy was saying, telling him, “There’s no censorship in the courtroom.” Kelly, a white man with a British accent, answered, “It was all N-words” and “m-fer” profanities. “And this was directed at the victim?” Bott asked. “All of them…He was going crazy. Was really agitated,” Kelly answered. Still, he testified again: “I believe the girl fired the first shot.” He also said “I see what appears to be the girl shooting into the car,” though the Escalade at issue was not bullet ridden when police stopped it minutes later on Hollywood Boulevard. Kelly also said he’s “not sure at all if the girl was shooting a gun the night” and emphasized throughout his time on the witness stand that he never actually saw anyone with a gun. “He was holding something and it flashed and made a loud noise like a gun,” Kelly said.

People are so quick to play devil's advocate they they're actually just playing devil. @@nikkinikki4033 did you not read my comment??? I honestly don’t give a fuck what the details are. Tory makes trash music and if you’ve ever seen an interview of his, you’d notice he’s a douche. I could easily imagine him getting upset over how much taller Megan is than him and that would set him off to shoot her cause he’s a child.

@@CoNiCuZn you don’t care what the details are but you just choose to believe he shot her just because you want to… if that’s not the most ignorant statement ever idk what is. My bad I thought you cared about Megan getting Justice didn’t realize this was entertainment 🤷🏽♀️

@@nikkinikki4033 I do care. Jokes aside at the end of the day I don’t want an innocent person to go to jail. I just don’t understand why you world bring that up at all unless you were a fan of Tory’s music, and if that was the case then your opinion wouldn’t mean much. Not because of what he’s done, but because his music is so bad that anyone who likes it would be considered brain dead.

@@CoNiCuZn I don’t care who he is I don’t listen to him I’m just now reading the transcripts of court and I’m confused that’s why I asked more than just you. If you don’t want to answer that’s cool I just thought someone might have the answer because I’m lost. That witness testimony says Kelsey shot Megan and Megan wasn’t walking away when shot , if that’s not textbook reasonable doubt I don’t know what is 🤷🏽♀️
