In simple terms, the Tories looked at Labour's £65 billion plans, ignored how it's been fully costed & decided to divide the £ between families. The non existent £2,000 plucked out the air is over 4 years. A blatant lie. By the same measure, every person in the UK has coughed up £8 so far to the Rwanda scheme, £4 for the yacht, and £560 for useless test and trace. If I added up all the other £ the Tories have wasted so far, we're talking £1000s per person. Labour need to nip this '£2K per family' lie in the bud.

really - i can refute GB energy figures now - the point is that they are both right and both wrong depending on the figures you use and show. Labour use 3rd party "reports" looks like the Cons use in house. Labour suggest GB energy will save £300 per household bills by 2030 they used a company called Ember to produce this. Ember relied on some figures that are totally incorrect. indeed the ONS figures for q3/24 would account for 2/3rds of this saving straight away. Ember then proceeded to double the efficiencies of renewables and rely on the cost being half of current. so are their figures right or wrong? i would say based on current conditions they are BS however thing may change

Shame on anyone who listens to these arrogant charlatans. To suggest we mustn't quextion Rishi Sunak's integrity is tbe height of irony, he clearly has none at all. Just another power-hungry lying conman. Oh, and Starmer is no better either. We need something much, much better, but I'm not optimistic we are going to get anyone who can save us.
