Would you believe me if I told you a hunter wont beat a resto/elemental shaman 1v1? Meaning equally geared/skilled, but other than that and playing spriest at mc/bwl gear, hunters can pretty much beat any1 1v1.

I've quit my hunter in Legion but this movie inspires me to try Classic again. It is nice to see how how hunter gameplay changed throughout the expansions. I am not saying that Classic was the only time when I had fun in game. There was some good stuff added later like disengage which allowed you to do some cool tricks, for example returning after the knockback or jumping from one tower to another in AV horde's base. Explosive trap was hilarious too. I remember launching opponents off map, saving flags in Twin Peaks, (most places inspired by your vidoes, but I've discovered few by myself). All in all Legion was when I had it enough (played only 2 months of it, MM not being fun). Never bought Bfa and not planning to.

Question: With Classic's frustrating spell batching system (FD sometimes not dropping combat quick enough), do you think Tauren Hunter would be a good option in order to use War Stomp to set up for FD+Trap (and not have to DR trap with Scatter)? You could also even toggle your hitbox to abuse whether someone is in your deadzone by using savory deviates and canceling them (like when mages nova you and are planning on just shooting you in your deadzone, you could pop out of savory and smack them with increased tauren melee range). Or do you think Shadowmeld is more useful still?

hunters, mages and rogues are awesome to watch in pvp because the display of skill and nice animations, its almost like watching an anime, but the strongest classes are shadow priest and warlock 2 boring classes with just dots and op abilities in terms of numbers/damage

These clips are months old, took me too long to use them :P I have been extremely unlucky with drops in BWL so far though. I was first in line for ashkandi + Xbow, just got ashkandi like 2 weeks ago, still not a single Xbow drop for my guild.....NOT ONE...... Technically I think T1 is still superior in pvp due to the 8 set bonus but I want to use T2/ashkandi/xbow just for the amazing color scheme of it all. Ashkandi is better than Lok though for sure either way.

I tdepends on how you start the fight I guess, I like to open with aimed shots if I can but sometimes you can't, it's really simplistic in vanilla,, you basically have 3 attacks and 2 share CD. Multishot is your main "instant" ish damage. Aimed shot if you can to start, and then arcane shots when it's off CD pretty much. Make sure to weave in your auto attacks, it's good to have an addon to track your auto-attack timer cause in vanilla auto attacks are a large important part of your dps (unlike modern wow). Just multishot/arcane shot every time they're up, weave the auto attacks. Raptor strikes are great finishers if they're low and you don't mind getting deadzoned, raptor strike hits pretty hard especially if you take the +crit chance taletn (which I always do).

hi do u think your spec is better than a 0/31/20 spec ? because in P4, lightning reflexes is not worth compared to precision aura, since we don't have that much agility. However on your video it looks like u have a lot of critical strike chance (maybe due to killer instinct ?)

0/31/20 is more raw damage but 0/24/27 gets you more of the nifty utility survival talents. Extra points for imp wing clip/survivalist/etc. Also you do have higher crit, which in pvp critting is important. You do notice a drop in your max damage/crits but critting more often is really nice and the utility is something that's hard to live without once you're used to it. Counterattack is pretty amazing.

With gs set, ashjre'thul, ashkandi, alterac ring and stamina ring from nefarian reflexes gives you about 114 ap and 1+% crit if i remembered correctly so it's better than aura. You should spend seven points to get the aura or you can get killer instincts and counterattack with improved multishot and three more points will left.

I like Night Elf because when you are out of combat (can use Feign Death to quickly exit combat) you can eat/drink and go invisible (and even your cat pet can stealth with you). This makes it very good for recovering hp/mana while remaining invisible. Even if an enemy sees you go invisible from far away, if you place a trap before you eat/drink you can sit there replenishing yourself, and if they approach you to find you, get frozen. As you can see in the video I utilize Shadow Meld many times to safely hide or eat/drink to restore stats. Also if you're out in the world and see a ton of horde running around, you can stealth to avoid getting ganked 5v1 :)

I’ve never played hunter, is there a reason why you rarely use your pet to attack. Why is it always on passive?

It's on my target on pretty much every clip in the video except when the target is CC'd or about to be CC'd. Even with a /petpassive macro built into scatter shot, your pet attacks will break scatter/traps 90% of the time even if you pull back at the same time with a macro. You can see I always send it in when I'm about half way through an aimed shot cast on a trapped/scattered target.
