100% correct it was almost like he got worse as he got older the last I heard of him was a article in transworld and his skating broke my heart. He went on tour with element and I got the feeling all he did was smoke weed he lost his drive. I fell in love with him no homo 411 issue 44 he feebled El Toro.

I ran into Tosh mid-late 90’s at HB park. He had a buzzcut and was just a grom. I think he was on Hook Ups flow at the time.. Anyhow, he was always shredding the fk out that place…
