if you get a copy of a program called audition, (formerly cool edit pro 2.0) you can use the spectral view and you would visibly see that high pitched whine which is dominant throughout the recording. using the selection tool in spectral view, you would be able to select just the frequency of that noise and remove it :-) I love this tune. thanks
