Today I felt really sick cuz I have problems with my stomach and now with this workout a part of the pain is gone. There are many pilates instructors, but ur my favorite one. Im proud to say that since last year Im doing my routines with u. Thank u for the amount of work that ur doing every day.

its was a noce session... only thing is my body is behaving lazy i guess... i cant lean back n lift my feet up for core movements..... i even felt a sharp jolt for the similar exercise but opening n closing legs leaning back...so i didn't do them .... i hope i will b able to do them soon again will try again later with pillow ...
