most frank, friendly, factual and decent bodyworkout presentation I came across. I followed just this routine for 6 weeks with satisfying results. Thank you for this video. And yes it does feel for than terror for first week or two :p

I have just started this! It is tough. I plan on doing this for 30 days and hopefully get to your 8 minute video then 10 minute video.

Thanks doc. I enjoy the channel. I’ve got a butt smoker of a 10 min bike workout and was looking for something body weight strength oriented,dirt simple and effective. This is it.

Well done, I add Plank routines to my Yoga class as change up from Psoas intensive sit ups. Thanks for sharing. Take a look at Unicycle Abs from the Circ Du Soleil people. Another great routine.

Absolutely you can extend the time out as long as you'd like, Igor! Breathing should be steady and in control while planking; exhale while pushing up from the floor on the push ups. Hope you like it!

Do you recommend adding a break day in between these workouts or doing this every day?

Great question, ktksoccerstar5. Depends on where you're at on the fitness spectrum. Beginners I would say 3x a week with a day in between to rest and recover. If you're more on the advanced end of the spectrum you should be able to get away with daily. Good luck!

Hi TheCode - you should always push yourself to do more / try harder... however if your strength isn't there it simply isn't there. You might start with 20-25 seconds in each position and see how your body reacts. If you feel okay, do the full 30 the next time you do it. Thanks for asking!

is it enough with running to have six packs?..and how often do u recommend it?

Hi Mohammad! This workout definitely targets all the major muscles in your abdominal wall. Combined with regular cardio it will definitely help to add definition around your midsection. I would recommend doing some ab work 5 days/week. Hope that helps!

How much time do I have to do this to get a nice sixpack? And How many times at week?

Hi Michael! Your core muscles can typically be trained with a little more regularity than some of your extremity muscles. Sounds like you're already working out regularly - you could throw this in up to about 4 times/week and should be okay with it. Try to give yourself one day in between. Thanks for the question!

diet is the most importent thing if you wanna get ripped... i am fat and i can tell you i have strong hard core as a fat person....but my problam is eating 😂 .... whatever....i do push ups sit ups and squats and running.....i wanna be strong.....i dont care if i reach the 7% body fat.... all i want is to lose weight and become stronger version of my self
