Best channel I have ever found. So many things to learn. Never sweat so much after 30 minutes exercise. But sweat like hell in 10minutes. Really enjoying the exercises.

i recently discovered your channel and i love it. i do a normal 20/30 min workout and on top of that i do bowflex's 5 mins or any workout and it just kills me. good workouts, love all of them. keep them coming 😀

Nannapat Amornsupamitr me too lol I am seeing results love reading all the positive feed back ! Really does work! I've been going to the gym for a long time and I've been doing a medicine ball which does help my abs I don't have a lot of body fat but how can I get more definition in my abs and just by doing the planks planks for two weeks now I already see definition in my obliques
