I suffer from chronic low back issues and this is a great workout to come back to when my back is flaring up. Mushi and Kitaro really enjoyed it too- they like it when I'm down on the ground at their level ;) I had one kitten on each side of the mat for the whole workout 🐱😺. Thanks for keeping us strong and fit, even when we're dealing with pain! Movement is definitely the best medicine!

🏴 Ah, how nice was that? Thanks PJ! I’m a teachers assistant with 4-5 year olds so constantly on my feet, bending/squatting down so suffer with my lower back, hips, knees & very tight hamstrings! Maybe I’m just getting old at 46 👵🏻🤷🏻♀️😂
