Love how this starts off slow and transitions ; not jumping around right away just eases into the warm up. 😁💪

Excellent warm-up for all major muscles. I like the way it starts off slow, and works up to jumping jacks at the end. My favorite warm-up.

I absolutely love this channel. You and Kelly have the most soothing personalities and voices. You really encourage people to do their best while acknowledging that not everyone may be able to do the moves. I've probably watched the 10 and 20-minute butt and leg workouts like 50 times over the past 5 years. Thanks for everything you do! 👏
@jimcarini57404 жыл бұрын
What I like about this warm up is that it slowly builds you up. It starts out relatively easily, and then gradually gets to something that is more intense. Not that this is an overall workout, but it does it in such a progressive way.

My legs don't work at all very well, like there is no way I could do squats or even run, but I can do some walking. What would you recommend for this set but replacing the leg extensive things? Maybe some smaller leg movements or things that can emulate the squats without such a massive pressure on the knees and lower back?
@danieldavydova69389 жыл бұрын
hey, you could put a hand on a wall for balance and then pull your foot up to your back
@Etidorhpa9 жыл бұрын
I can't even do that. My legs are seriously not good. My doctor keeps telling me to stop walking and get in a wheel chair -_- But I can't bring myself to give up like that

If you would like to loose weight search for "intermittent fasting". I am 56 and could not go with all those crazy calorie counting and calculation carbs, etc. This method is great. I only abstain eating at 08:00 PM and start eating next day at noon. Then I am free to eat as I wish until 8 PM again. May be the first days is difficult but for me it was no effort and after only three days i see that I am loosing fat. Good luck.
@londonibrahimm39135 жыл бұрын
i have that same problem, except 150 pounds, but it is a lot of stomach and it makes your stomach feel tight when trying to breath
