FitnessBlender More fun upper body workouts! With dumbbells. Maybe one that targets the shoulders, one that targets biceps/triceps and one that targets chest/back? (3 individual workouts I mean, with warm up and cool down!) I love doing 3 or more sets of an exercise to really burn those muscles off. I miss workouts like that. I love bored easily also, but nothing is like an old fashion workout with multiple sets.

FitnessBlender more HIIT or cardio workouts that aren't so focused on the lower body, por favor. Your 37 minute cardio to burn fat workout is really great and for moves that work my legs too much (as I typically do those workouts the day after leg day) I substitute for jump rope or fast feet. :) Thank you for all that you guys do; you've changed my life in a huge way!

Best channel on KZbin, hands down. Kelli is amazing and it really feels like you have a workout buddy and trainer in one. She motivates me every single day. She motivated me when I was depressed and she motivated me when I was encouraged to get fitter. She taught me that you CAN be fit and healthy without starving yourself. My body has completely transformed. You don't need the gym. All you need is some motivation. I've lost 15 kgs with Kelli (and my treadmill) and just watching my portion sizes. Thanks FitnessBlender. Hey Kelly and Daniel! Thank you so much for all you do, I'm loving my new fitness journey! I'm so new to strength training but am really keen to get the hang of it but am struggling with form. I'd love to see a video where you maybe go in depth about how to do some common exercises (e.g. deadlifts, lunges). I really appreciate the guidance you give during the workouts, but for some complete beginners like me a clear breakdown of where exactly where to push from, how to avoid the common mistakes etc would be so helpful. Or if anyone can throw any resources my way I'd be grateful!

I've been dong you workouts for 2.5 years.. My original goal was gain muscle so I can curve out due to my fast metabolism and height Gained 20 pounds.. now weigh 148. I am shaped like you, but my thighs are thicker due to genetics, but I love seeing your body cause I feel so self conscious with having high hips like you. I always see the hourglass women and think what am I doing wrong, but then I see your body and it makes me happy to know I'm a normal woman. Thank you for all you do!

Thank you for this awesome workout. I am going to do these workouts a few times a day for an extra calorie burn and to keep active. I already workout in the morning but I have not lost weight. I think ever since I got this new job I do not burn enough calories because my job is very sedentary. I sit all day :(. I will be adding these. When I lived in Mexico I would walk a lot and was able to eat enough and stay lean. Life in the city is not what I like. Especially during winter months. Please upload more of these short energy boosting workouts!!

Oooh I always wanted a longer than 5 mins warm up. And this seems perfect! Thanks Kelli! Also, can you do a very light workout routine of 30 mins or so for someone who is fasting. It's Ramadan for us Muslims, and since we are not even allowed to drink water, I'm really slacking. Would love to have a workout that's not too hard on the body! 😊

Hey guys I started doing fitness Blender work outs last week and i have noticed a remarkable change in my energy levels. my only problem is I have tendonitis in my shoulder so my movements especially doing burpees and push ups or anything involving arm movements are limited or else i get alot of pain.
