Hi Linda can l ask you which from your workouts is for a smaller glutes and butt please your opinion is important for me.Thank you!

Hi Maria, none of my workouts apart from the drop set series are designed to increase the size of your butt, they are all designed to tighten and lift. If you want to reduce the fat off your butt to make it smaller and lifted, then the endurance series workouts are great for that. 😊
