Good morning Bird! I was so excited when I saw this full body stretch yesterday! Just did it after a lower body workout at 8am! Absolutely amazing! Hips, legs, and lower back feel so good! This was an awesome routine for a deep stretch :) question: my front bent knee tends to want to go outwards when I am in lizard pose…should I allow this or should I try to keep the bent leg in alignment with my ankle?

When I’m lizard heel toe your foot a few inches to the side so that it creates space for your torso to come to the inside of that knee. So for example if the front leg is your left shimmy the left foot towards the left side of the mat. In doing to keep your knee stacked over the left ankle. Now your torso should be centered without pressure pushing your left knee put. There is also a variation of lizard where the left knee would splay open while you would begin to rest on the outter edge of the foot while gazing back. But generally if it’s lizard pose you’re going for keep the foot planted and knee over the ankle.

I also think it’s super important to support brands that offer change rather than just pretty products. My favourites that align with my beliefs and need for comfort are Onzie, Teeki and Liquido Active! These ones in particular are from Onzie.com ❤️😊

@@camelliap1545 Oh, I got carried away. Most of the medicine like vaccine and big pharma drugs were started by the (elite) funders of the Nazi party. So I refer to big pharma as Nazi pharma. Although for trama/emergency care it is very appropriate, and does have it's place for life threatening conditions/situations.
