I’m new to this channel and love the challenging classes especially when they’re filmed outside. Sending gratitude from Montreal, Quebec!❤️

Really love these classes by CC! Perfect mix of challenging poses so I feel like I get a great workout by the end. Anyone know if CC is teaching new classes anywhere else online??

A great, challenging class as always. I have been practising yoga for a year and a half now, and I felt a little bit stuck in my practice lately. These classes really help me with my inversions and alignment. I have tried to be more mindful of my postures and breathing and it feels like I am moving forward again. Pairing with more meditation and ayurvedic eating for a more holistic approach. Thanks for your work !

The voice and the images sometimes don’t appear at the same time. Therefore, it’s a bit confusing. Hope u could improve this problem soon. Namaste!🙏

Yes, my video editor is still figuring out the whole voiceover thing. We are still new to this. Thank you for your patience! 🙏

Absolutely love this class! The moves are effective, the flow is perfect, and the voice over is lovely to listen to. I’ve done this practice several times, and will continue to come back to this video 😊 Thank you!!

I'm so lucky to have encountered your guided sequences CC. The level of challenge (which I'll probably be able to practise towards for years before/without reaching) and burn are invigorating, while your voice tone, stretch sequences and the park backdrop are calming.

I am grateful to have found your channel! It is very hard to find yoga practices on KZbin that are a) over an hour and b) contain enough challenging asanas and build enough heat. Thank you for creating these! I've nearly completed all of them now.

Absolutely Fired up! is how I feel right now thanks to your total body yoga burn. I am getting stronger and could hold my side crows longer than I ever have. Now the tripod stand to side crow, well that is going to take some time. CC You amaze me every week and honestly I am amazed with myself every week too after practicing with you. Thank you, thank you, and thank you again. 🙏🏼

Loved how you transitioned from seated back to plank! Maybe some day! Please give us a little more time to get into balasana and some options for modifications for the harder poses like the plow to boat asana. Thanks!

I was struggling with this because the audio seemed out of sync with the movement, from around 17:40 until 26:00... It confused me! Nonetheless, I really enjoyed this session, especially before/after audio sync issue. Thank you CC!

Thank you cc for yet again an amaizing yoga flow. I did my first side-crow ever. I love the way you guide us from one pose into an other. I have to agree with "Thu Ngan", that on the screen you where a lot before or ahead of time wich made it very hard to watch. I decided not watching the screen, only listening to your voice. Still had a great practice. Namaste!!

Sorry about that. My video editor is still figuring out the whole voice over thing. We are still new to this. I'm glad you could still practice, and thank you for your patience!

Hey cc, you still created a very strong video and put it on line for free. I know how hard it is what you did. You probably had 2 hours of preparation, next you had to film the practice and finally you had to do a voice over. That is so hard and you need perfect timing. So it probably took you around 6 hours to create this video only to put it on line for free. That is so impressive. The content was great, the quality of the video was high. I am very greatfull for the work you've done. It would be unfair of me to press the like button and not telling you something went wrong. You are still a gifted teacher and I am sure this channel wil only grow.

Nice, intense class with challenging poses. The image and sound are off alot of the time so I couldn't listen and look at the same time. It's either or! The commercial right before shawasana was a rude awakening from my yoga bubble.

Great class! I love that you laugh and smile in the class to show that hey, yoga can be fun too! Per viewer below, I also noticed that the voice over at the beginner lagged behind the actions, but i close my eyes and follow your voice and all worked out! Also, i do intermittent fasting (no food from 7pm-1pm). For me, IF and yoga has helped me lose 20 pounds and become much leaner! At 4'11, 20 pounds is alot! Thanks again for the class :)

I've done intermittent fasting or time-restricted feeding as some refer to it for years now, I prefer the 16:8 variant, no caloric restriction, I eat mostly low-fat whole plant foods. It works well with yoga in the morning, cause with all the deep folds, twists and bends food just gets in the way.

I am interested in your assertion that this form of yoga burns out impurities from the body. Could you direct me to some scientific literature that explains what these impurities are, and what the mechanisms are by which they are burned out of the body?

This is could have easily been just an audio because of the extreme mismatch between the audio and the video. Such a waste of time.
