i've been practising yoga daily and really pushing myself for about a year and a half. however, its this video that has really given me an awareness of my body and posture. i have always had rounded shoulders, forward head posture, flared ribs and anterior pelvic and this video really gives clear instruction on how to position your body to strengthen weak areas of your body to aid such postural imbalances. since practising this vid at least a few times a week for a few months while also incorporating some strength training at the gym, my posture (which i always just assumed was the way my body was built and could not be changed) is transformed and i finally have strength in my back, abs and glutes - these are areas i never even realised that i was neglecting to engage during exercise before! Thank you for this practice! i have recommended it to so many! namaste x

A year ago I was giving this practice a try. I was drained in sweat, taking breaks between sequences and checking the time every other minute. Now, this video is still hard to me, but I can do it without interruptions. Just feels awesome to see the progress.

I practice yoga moderately and have only recently become serious this past year. I still consider myself a beginner in the sense that yoga is such a practice of growth. I started to help with calming my mind and am pleased with the physical benefits as well. I've been pretty loyal to one teacher but am starting to try some new ones. Tim is fantastic! The routines are challenging but he is an excellent guide. I can feel myself gaining strength with this routine and that makes me feel more confident to move deeper into postures and try some new ones. He really brings ease to yoga by letting us know it's all about growth. Even the setting keeps the practice light. I don't feel pressured but encouraged to keep working. I hope he keeps posting. A real joy! Thanks!

My arms look like that from surfing. I also do a weight training routine once a week w/ some pilates. In my opinion we wanna have a balance between strength and flexibility for optimal health. If i get too flexible i get injured. Every body is different, find what works for you. hope that helps
