OMG, Rosalie, you are a beast! In the best way possible. I tried to follow along with my Fit set at the same level as you and made it partway through the pullups and tanked out. I'm still out of breath, but will try again later at lower levels. Thanks for this routine!

In total gym workouts help build bone -just add some hops & jumps while you squat- weight training builds bones!

Wow, I love your muscles. Usually I'm not a fan of lots of muscles on women but yours are basically perfect. Not bulky at all but so toned. Just bought one of these which I've wanted for a long time because the exercises always looked like so much fun.
