Great stuff but with the resistance does this version of Tabata work for weight loss on a TG? I recently gained some weight and know that its far more about diet. But can I work out on a TG 6 days a week like I love to and lose weight when I get my diet under control?

Yes can help with weight loss - may want to add another 2-3 rounds- get a good 40 minutes in.
