This is a fantastic workout for me, Rosalie! I love doing these moves on my Total Gym. I have a long way to go, and I modify or change my level when I necessary. I will return to this one again and again! Thank you! ❤️

Another fantastic workout! Those half reps definitely add intensity and it was nice using the toe bar to work our calves. This workout has already become part of my KZbin Library along with all the rest of your wonderful workouts. Thank you so much Rosalie❣️

This is a great workout. I have one question, however. I've been doing hip rolls with the toe bar in my current routine. I like that exercise very much. I see some similar kinds of elements in your bridge lift/roll outs/hamstring curl exercise. But I can see from your video that yours really works your hamstrings, which is an area I want to work on. Since I can't observe myself doing hip rolls, I'm wondering what additional benefits I'd get from adding your exercise in addition to the hip rolls I do now? Thanks in advance!

You’re correct! Hip rolls done as shown on video are more effective… also try on a ball !!! For really great activation.

@@RosalieBrownFit hi rosalie, i would like to know if attachments from the APEX G1 model can work for the elite model ? Also where on the APEX would the tricep ropes would be attached,as i ended up having both the ELITE and APEX G1 which i think is the base model goes up to a 6.can't keep both out to use i can only use one 😢 so which is better for the attachments. Thanks

Tricep ropes replace handles on any machine. Try fitting the accessories on to both machines - they might be interchangeable
