You can use even spacer blocks between the string and the wheel so it can be aligned from the centre of the wheel as you'd prefer.

Devin, I noticed when you were removing the 3 top hat bolts, on the passenger side the guide pin has been removed while on the driver side it’s still there. This is a common free type r mod to add around 1.7 degrees of negative camber. Just make sure to remove the driver side as well or the camber could be way off. All it takes is a few washer and a bolt (I forget the size). There’s a KZbin tutorial by flying gato. 👍 Edit. - I realized since you’re doing coils the guide pin comes out with it.

There's likely a plug in kit of resistors for those connectors to keep the dash lights off. At least that's what you do when converting magnaride on GM stuff to conventional struts/coilovers.

Hey Diven i suggest you to put tape on the connection for the factory adaptive suspension so it doesn't corrode in case you wanted to go back to a factory setup in the future

Tein makes error cancellers for the dampening plugs. With them just disconnected, you wont be able to use +R or comfort mode. Or if you are good with relays you can make your own. The error cancellers are pretty cheap to buy if you don’t feel like fooling with it. Love the content, Merry Christmas 🤟🏾🤟🏾

For the rear ride height adjustment you dont touch the spring, the spring adjustment is spring rate.

Look for bypass plugs for those suspension plugs. I'm sure they make em. If not shove a paper clip between the contacts and the light should stay off.

So I know this is probably just going to be driven on the street. But do you have scales? Because I noticed you made the coilovers the same length. This can actually throw off the weight distribution of the car. Typically I adjust them using scales. Sometimes one side needs to be higher than the other in order for the cars weight to be perfectly balanced. But then again this usually only coincides with track use. Just something I was wondering if you knew.

hey devin have you ever had an issues with your carbon hoods lifting or cracking at the factory latch location? i just put a carbon hood on my focus rs and lots of people recommended using quik latches to prevent this from happening.

Most aftermarket hoods need a different latch than the factory due to reduced material and weight.

Not sure why you measure the full spring length. Wouldn’t it be easier seat the spring to the perch with zero preload, butt up the lock collar, then tighten the spring perch until you have a 5mm gap from the lock collar? Done.
