All five members of the original band Guns N’ Roses are all still alive. Axl Rose singer, Duff McKagan Bass blonde hair, Izzy Stradlin rhythm guitar black long hair, Steven Adler drummer and Slash Lead guitarist Top Hat Curly hair. This was the last song they all perform together before the entire group broke up, due to disputes over money rights distributing and ownership of the name Guns N’ Roses due to being owned by Axl Rose cost of the group to split up. They split up, Axl hired a whole new band and released one album in the mid 2000’s. The original Guns N’ Roses got back together in 2016 for the first time in over 20 years and have been doing world tours ever since sold out concert after concert, and stadium after stadium. If you get the opportunity to see them anywhere close to where you guys live, it’s a must, definite must, a bucket list must. I seen them live in 2016 or 2017, and they put on a five hour concert. I was thinking the same when he said that... I was like .... get ready for a twist. My view on the video: Watching the video it's almost as if the bride and the ring man had a thing. It seems apparent as she doesn't seem happy during the wedding and the ring man walks out of the church after giving the rings to the priest ... as if he doesn't want to see the rest of the marriage. The bride also seems like she's looking for him when she gets into the car. The scene at the wedding reception when it rains could be a metaphor for a shooting ... possibly the friend who's in love with the woman shooting up the reception... This could explain the reason people are hiding under tables, diving over tables, etc. And in the process the bride is shot and killed ... hence the funeral scene.

I think the whole context of the video clip has never been fully explained. For example, we don't know why the bride died The behind the trilogy of music videos: Don't cry, November Rain and Estranged, comes from a short story called, if I'm not mistaken: Without you, and it was written by a journalist friend of Axl Rose. I can't remember much about her, maybe I even miss the facts, but that's fine. This story tells about a Rock star (not specifically AXL, as the main character does not have his name) and an ordinary young woman. The two fall in love and live a beautiful romance. Until one day the two fight very badly and end up distancing themselves. Rockstar is completely desolate and tries everything to resume the relationship with the young woman: sending letters and gifts, but she doesn't respond to any of that. The Rockstar, decides that he would no longer go after her and goes after partying with women and drinks, to hide his pain, more what he did not know, is that the young woman was planning a surprise for him (I think it was to be an apology). One day, the young woman goes to his apartment and comes across Rockstar surrounded by women (if you know what I mean), she once again becomes very upset and leaves without saying anything. The Rockstar again tries to talk to her, but to no avail. He then runs to her apartment in search of explaining himself, but when he arrives right at the door, he hears a gunshot coming from there. He breaks down the door and sees that she committed suicide (yes, very sad). Rockstar goes back to his apartment, and writes a song called: Without you. While he plays the music on his piano, the cigarette he used, falls to the ground, encending the entire place, including him, but he did not stop playing in any second. In short, Rockstar dies. Well, it's kind of hard to know why the bride died in "November Rain," since some situations don't make sense. But now, a theory of mine: in the video clip of "Don't cry", in one part, you can see the woman looking at a Polaroid of Axl with another woman (then they fight in the middle of the bar). And before, at the beginning of the music video, Axl and his wife fight. Does this have anything to do with the original story? Well, I don't know. All I know is that it was quite long to write (and translate). kisses from Brazil

Actress and model Stephanie Seymour - Axl Rose’s girlfriend at that time is the main female protagonist of the music video. The video portrays a lavish wedding between her and Axl Rose, interrupted by a rainfall; the wedding scenes intercut with a live performance of the song in a theater.Slash is Axl’s best manThere has been some speculation as to how she dies in the video. Some people say that she died from a gunshot, while others say that she was struck by lightning during the storm. Personally, I think she was driven to suicide…“November Rain” is based on the short story , written by Del James and published in his book “The Language of Fear” a few years later. The story is basically about a rock star, grieving over the death of his girlfriend, who had committed suicide. It was inspired by Axl Rose’s troubled relationship with Erin Everly. Some people say that the MVs for “, and form an unofficial trilogy, though it was never officially confirmed. (I’ve never thought about it, to be honest…)The priest was an Italian man named Gianantonio, who was also a friend of Axl. The church from the video is actually where he served for many years, before the shooting of the video. The video was shot in and The MV was filmed during the winter season. The MV uses the full version of the song, including all the guitar solos and symphonic performances (not the 30 minute version, but the almost 9 minute one)The guy who ruins the wedding cake by crashing into it (around the 7-minute mark of the video) is Riki Rachtman - a host of the MTV show . He is also one of Axl’s good buddies. The awesome rock ‘n’ roll outfit worn by Slash in the music video can be seen at Hard Rock Café in Orlando, Florida.

Hey young people, so very happy ya'll are checking this out, love this song, you so, so should look up their performance of this at the Grammys I think thats where it was, they had a 50 or more piece orchestra, and when it got to this last part of the song they really killed it, the orchestra director looked a madman, his hair was wild like Beethoven, or Einstein,.lol he went off!, it was absolutely brilliant, do look it up, Metallica also performed with an orchestra for Sandman, I think, not sure, also on Grammys, there was this resurgence of integrating classical with rock, like ELO(Electric Light Orchestra) did in the 1970's, and Deodato, and Classical Gas, it was lovely to see that marriage of rock and classical return again, ohh and that was his girlfriend, dont know what happened with them, if they married, she was a model, can't remember, love that song especially the last part when they really let go, the guitar riff just hooks you, if you like that you so should check out Robin Trower, "Bridge of Sighs", ohhh God , you'll have that riff in your head for the rest of your life, it hooks you. Like Jimmy Hendrix Star Spangle, Slash had some greats to grow up with, I wouldn't be surprised if he's a fan of Chuck Berry, I don't remember all the interviews he's done, on who influenced him, but, he sure had a lot to choose from, keep going, enjoy, Godspeed, Peace ✌

This is one of my favorite music videos of all time. It's still up for debate how she died. You notice the mirror in her casket which is there when someone's face is deformed (gunshot?) so it will make her look symmetrical and hide the side of her face that's deformed. You notice in one part of the video that Axl was walking out of a gun store so there are theories that he killed her, and there are theories that she committed suicide because when she was in the car if you noticed she was looking kinda depressed. That's what makes it so good that you can still have debates about it.

Hey guys, love your reaction videos. I love seeing the pure joy you show when you find something new that you like. Music isn't just something you hear, it is something you experience. Music touches everyone differently, but that's why music is so universally important. GnR's song Estranged is something you should check out. They released a video for it, and there are plenty of live performances available as well. Currently there are only a handful of reaction videos to Estranged, and I would love to see your take on this song. You should also check out GnR's song Coma. They never released a video for Coma, but the song is freaking EPIC. There are very, VERY few reaction videos to Coma out there; this would be a good opportunity to fill a void. When asked, many GnR fans will list either Coma or Estranged at the top of their list of favorite GnR tunes. Trust me, they want to see more reactions to these two songs in particular. Keep up the good work, guys. Thanks for bringing some joy to a world that needs it.

"November Rain is the 2nd part of a "trilogy" ("Don't Cry" being 1st and "Estranged" 3rd). They were inspired by a short story. The implication is that the girl killed herself with a gun (that's why the casket was mirrored, that's what people do if person died via some trauma, but they still want an open casket). You can see throughout the video that while she may seem joyful, there are moments where her facial expressions change when no one is looking (for example at 8:10) and she's not actually happy. Estranged is the last part of this trilogy and IMO it's one of the most underappreciated GnR songs, should definitely react to it as well.

This song is used to describe the love between two people but the female doesn't fully open up to him and ends up killing herself. That's where the line - nothing lasts forever in the cold November rain- comes in and saying she isn't the only one everyone needs their time on their own.

Watching the video it's almost as if the bride and the ring man had a thing.

Slash playing guitar outside the church was done by a flyby helicopter. That wasn't done back then. Hence his fro getting whipped like that. (And yes it's a fro. His mother is a black Jamaican woman.)

This kind of reminds me of the purple rain song made by Prince!
