Its in the bottom of the ¼ panel , follow the cable up from the grommet in the sill. Weather permitting i will be doing the same one this weekend.

Hey there! It could be anything unfortunately! Maybe something is broken in there, maybe it's been removed before and someone left something in there accidentally, maybe something is working loose? The only way to be 100% sure would be to remove it and find the cause.
