Definitely cannot be explained it’s much better than everything i could imagine and like you said it’s always here and now we’re just to busy to think about our problems that actually don’t even exist in a first place. Funny thing is most of us try so hard to solve problems using the same mind that creates them and we are addicted to it. I reality there is no such thing as negativity out mind created perceptions of it. The key e to let go of try to fix or change the perception instead allow whatever it is to be without judgement or expectation, but simply with compassion and curiosity haw you feel this present moment without trying to thinking about it and figuring it out 🙂. There the magic happens when a least expected!

Nada, Do you think the Reality of Present moment is something Cannot be Explain by words and Theory,, Ive spent some of my time searching for reality by your meditation,, Once i realized that its not something to look for but rather Realize its always there,, Its just our Mind too Overstimulated by oir activity so we cant see The Reality of noW
