I grew up listening to Elvis. This was my mom's favorite song. She died 4 years ago and everytime I hear it I cry. Elvis' voice was like velvet. BD, those ladies were so lucky to have a man secure enough to sing a love song to them. Nobody ever did that for me 😥 Now go to bed! (You only look like a tough guy, you're really a teddy bear)

Hey sweetheart, I feel the pain in your heart and my mom was the blessing that introduced Elvis to me as a little girl and I have never forgotten the blessing of witnessing his Magical Charisma and Charm and Looks as well as the Greatest Voice that will ever be, I WAS only 11 years old when I first time saw Elvis in Concert in Knoxville Tennessee on April 8 72 and it is still the very best day of my life, I was always teased in elementary school because of the love for Elvis, I didn't care then or now I will love this beautiful Man Among Men Elvis till the day I can see him again , my nickname in elementary school was MS Elvis and was given to me as the 6th grade graduation went on and they gave names to everyone describing the person and when it comes to me, My favorite teacher ,. Mr Casteel said I bet you a dollar to a donut that everyone here is going to know who this is and he started singing Hound dog and the entire school was saying Lori Hull which is my maiden name, and I got a little white tag with a Red ribbon 🎀 on it that says Lori Hull Ms Elvis and I have that' very tag today and although it is packed up in a photo album in a trunk, I will find the little tag that means so much to me and the song you shared is one of the songs he sang At my first Time seeing him, no one can touch the Mystic of ELVIS and his Stardom is forever shining so bright and always will, by the way I love when a man can express his emotions and I am a married woman who has a husband who gives me the space to have Elvis everywhere in our house and he is the architect of the picture hanging, so I say Thank you for being true to the beautiful lady , who brought you in the world and gave you such a Precious Gift from God and I know that You have her for the beautiful memories of her and your family to put Elvis in your life and heart like my mom.
