Touhou 15: Legacy of Lunatic Kingdom - Stage 6 / Final Stage

𝘛𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘜𝘯𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘋𝘸𝘦𝘭𝘭 𝘛𝘰𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘜𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘷𝘦𝘯 ~ 𝘗𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘍𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘴
With the final stage you won’t have a mid-boss to worry about and the enemies are fairly predictable. They’ll come in distinct groups and they’re generally reactionary to your attacks. However, the tricky part is learning and managing to deal with that crazy-ass hard rain that comes down for so long near the end of the stage.
Now Junko’s not easy by any means, you do still have to take this fight seriously. However if you’ve got the skills to beat Clownpiece and made it here with a respectable amount of lives I almost want to say you’re home free. Junko has two types of attacks, overly tight micro-dodging attacks, or complex but predictable moves once you know what you’re getting into. Soon as you get used to very tight and quick micro-dodging she’s all downhill from there.

It's the same thing she says when you're playing Pointdevice mode, since you technically haven't been hit by the time you reach her in that case either. I seem to remember reading somewhere that the "canon" route of LoLK, according to ZUN, is a Reimu Legacy Mode no-miss clear. It definitely isn't a Sanae Poindevice run, at the very least.

The only other touhou game i know that detects scrub play(no other way of saying it,not native english speaker)is SoEW.Marisa says how many times you've continued,and both Mima and Genji accuse you that you're weak(continued).Can't remember if the other games did this. Oh,and also Yuuka stops you from progressing in LLS if you continued.ZUN went too far,lose a life=bad ending,but you still get extra stage access if you 1cc.

It doesn’t feel unique to me- it feels like someone’s first attempt at a Danmaku script. And coming from someone who’s been at this for around 20 years at this point, it just feels lazy. We need this stage after Clownpiece, the stage music is so relaxing, Junko has a very tragic story and her simple attacks need prescition, she knows that 80% of the bullets are useless, or at least they represent purity, or maybe she is trying to make you confident so you get really frustrated when you loose but great when you passe it... Speaking of Junko, I'm surprised that she is one of the most controversial bosses in the series. Fun fact: Junko's final spell "Pure Sign [Purely Bullet Hell]" is the only spell in Normal difficulty to be part of a spell type (ie. "Purely Bullet Hell" is part of the spell type "Pure Sign"). None of Junko's other spells are part of a spell type.

One year ago I only knew touhou from one single song called U.N owen was her later I searched up touhou and found out it was a bullet hell game When I searched up to see what games could I play the first thing I saw was Touhou 15 I listened to one song on its soundtrack and got hooked Not noticing it was one of the hardest mainline games I played it and almost quit but I pushed through and beat 15 Here I am 1 year later now knowing a lot more about touhou and beat 6-8 15-18 I am wondering WHY OUT OF ALL THE SONGS IN TOUHOU THE FIRST ONE I HEARD WAS PURE FURIES if it wasn't for those Pure trumpets I wouldn't have chosen 15 as my first game. Hey, Omega! Remember when I told you about The Dissapearing of Gensokyo about a year or so ago? Apparently the game released this January and it's on Steam (and seems to be only in japanese, but some people are playing it on English, like in this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/lX-1oYtqha91i6M, so I assume that there is a patch somewehere). I get that but as a boss fight still boring to look at, also you could get that emotion with a good looking pattern too just make it a vicious design. A good example of telling a story and still having fun fight would be something like in megaman zero where the final boss constantly shakes (which is creepy as fuck btw) and his moves are not really aimed at you. Hell he even has a teleport move where he randomly moves slightly to the lest. It is supposed to show that he is unable to control himself. Or a side quest in trails in the sky where the enemies in that quest are either scared and waste their turn , are confused and literally inflict themselves with confuse status or just run to the other side randomly. This is supposed to be a warning to whats gonna happen later in that chapter , since animals have higher instincts and are good with sensing danger and whatnot. Junko just feels lazy. You can do the whole I am going to end you thing without making the pattern a single line with pixel perfect dodging.
